Job Title: Procurement Category Manager – Marketing & Print

Currently undergoing an exciting phase of transformation and growth, they are seeking a Procurement Category Manager to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, this role is ideal for someone ready to make an immediate impact. Your primary focus will be on the Marketing category — covering ATL, BTL, Communications, Print, Digital, and more — with occasional oversight of general expenses.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead the Marketing procurement category, acting as the main point of contact for all marketing-related sourcing and supplier management
* Develop and execute detailed category and sub-category plans aligned with business goals
* Manage supplier relationships, including contract management, risk assessment, performance monitoring (KPIs & SLAs)
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and value creation
Experience & Requirements:
* Proven experience in Marketing and General Expenses procurement
* Solid background in Category Management preferred
* Experience within insurance, financial services, or a related sector is a plus, but not essential
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
