Job Description
Our client a leading international firm is looking to hire an experienced solicitor to join its funds team in the UK on a fully remote basis.
The team provide a wide range of legal services to major asset management clients and the funds managed by them, including implementation of complex restructurings, cross-jurisdictional regulatory projects, investment due diligence and day-to-day operational support. They regularly deal with a broad range of fund structures including private equity and hedge funds. The role will be deeply client focused, and the successful candidate will be comfortable liasing with both internal and external clients.
Candidates for this role will be a UK qualified Solicitor with at least 5 year's PQE in a Funds/Corporate team at a reputable firm.
