Redhill, Surrey (5 days on-site) (ideally be a driver due to remote location)
£40,000 per annum
Full-time | Permanent (Mon-Fri 9-5)

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Office Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and bring structure, pace, and accountability to a growing business. This isn’t your typical admin role — you’ll be at the heart of the operation, keeping everything moving, improving processes, and leading a high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning office performance — ensuring all communication is handled quickly and nothing falls through the cracks
* Managing and optimising the service diary for smooth, efficient delivery
* Driving the sales support process — from lead tracking to conversion
* Leading daily operations, setting priorities, and keeping the team aligned
* Managing and developing admin staff to maintain high standards
* Taking control of systems (SimPRO) and improving workflows
* Supporting compliance and keeping everything audit-ready
* Identifying opportunities to improve service, systems, and customer experience
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in an Office Manager or Operations role
* Confident leader who can manage people and hold standards
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-led environment
* Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to take ownership
* Systems-focused with great attention to detail
