Our client is a well-established, independent residential estate agency managing a substantial and diverse property portfolio. Known for their fast-paced environment and high service standards, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will take responsibility for managing a section of the portfolio throughout the full tenancy lifecycle, delivering a professional and efficient service to both landlords and tenants. Benefits of the role: Basic salary – Up to £31,000 plus comms OTE of £31,200 Annual Leave – 20 days plus bank holidays Dynamic Team Culture – Work within a busy, fast-moving office alongside an experienced and motivated team. Office based opportunity – Driving is not required Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager: Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants Oversee check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and professional transitions Administer deposit protection and manage deposit returns Proactively resolve rental arrears, liaising confidently with landlords and tenants Work closely with the dedicated maintenance and repairs team to ensure works are completed efficiently Coordinate safety certifications and ensure full compliance across the portfolio Liaise with property inspectors to organise inventories and provide detailed landlord feedback Organise and review reports for mid-term inspections Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the property management system What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager: Previous Property Management experience is essential ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential) Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail — you take pride in keeping everything running smoothly Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure Confidence using property management systems and handling administrative tasks efficiently If you’re ready to take the next step in your Property Management career with a respected and well-established brand, we’d love to hear from you.
