Head Chef
Full Time – 48 hours per week (4/5 days over 7)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Tronc
Our client is a multi-outlet destination hotel in North Yorkshire, renowned for its exceptional hospitality and diverse dining experiences. With multiple restaurants, bars, and event spaces, the property showcases the very best of local, seasonal produce, much of which is grown on the estate itself.
They are now seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead their kitchen team, driving creativity and consistency across the outlets while delivering outstanding culinary experiences that celebrate the estate's provenance. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious culinary professional to shape menus, inspire a brigade, and leave a real mark on a highly regarded venue.
The role is in the properties casual dining venue focused on relaxed dining, high volume to an exceptional standard.
