Operations Administrator | Nottingham | up to £32,000 plus bonus

As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the movement of goods by air and sea, monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing updates, delays, and resolutions
Preparing and checking shipping documentation to keep operations running without delay
Liaising with internal teams and external partners including transport providers, warehouses, and suppliers
Inputting and maintaining accurate data across logistics systems
Identifying process improvements and supporting the implementation of new ways of working
As an Operations Administrator, your experience will include:
Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a fast-paced operations environment (air and/or ocean freight preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional approach to clients
High attention to detail when processing documentation such as invoices and customs forms
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
A positive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine drive to learn and grow
