We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Careers Advisor / Work-Based Learning Co-Ordinator to lead, deliver and evaluate high-quality, impartial careers advice to students within Years 9-13, with a key focus on transition points. The post holder will also be a Reading Intervention Tutor who will plan, deliver, and assess the impact of targeted reading interventions for identified students in Years 9–11 who are working below age-related expectations.
The role is split across the week with 3 days focus on the Careers Advisor/Work Based Learning and 2 days focus on Reading interventions.
Training can be given.

Full Time - 37 hours per week – Term Time Plus 5 TEDs
