Key responsibilities of the Golf Operations Assistant will include: Customer service and experience Manages the opening and closing of golf operations as needed Tee time and tournament management Hire fleet management Assists in the daily operation of the Professional Shop Assists customers by providing and interpreting golf policies, rules, and regulations Performs starter or marshal duties regularly Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Head Golf Professional The Ideal Golf Assistant: Excellent service and customer focused attitude. Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills. Experienced in written and oral business communications.
