CYP Clinical Co‑ordinator MHST | Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
We are looking for a professional who is passionate about early intervention and experienced in promoting children, young people and caregiver mental health. This role will involve remote/hybrid working with occasional on‑site days at the CWP base and school visits across the district.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing clinical governance, including risk management, safeguarding, incidents and quality assurance
* Supporting complex cases and risk escalations
* Providing clinical, case management and reflective supervision to EMHPs, CWPs and trainees
* Managing triage, allocation and caseload flow for timely interventions
* Acting as the key clinical link for schools, 0–18 CYPMHS, safeguarding teams and local partners
* Supporting schools with MHST pathways, referrals and intervention options and strengthening collaboration
* Contributing to service improvement, audits and evaluation
* Using data and feedback to improve access, outcomes and experience
* Supporting innovation in digital delivery and screening
* Providing specialist assessments, formulations and professional consultation to schools and agencies
Qualifications
Substantial experience working with children, young people, parents/carers and families, strong multi‑agency working skills, sound knowledge of relevant policy and legislation and excellent communication abilities.
