The
Role
As
a Chef de Pass, you will:
* Act
as the key link between the kitchen and front of house, ensuring smooth service
flow
* Maintain
control of the pass during service, ensuring dishes meet quality presentation
and timing standards
* Communicate
clearly with chefs and service teams to manage orders and priorities
* Support
the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering a consistent and high standard of
service

experience in a similar role within a high-quality or luxury hospitality
environment
* Strong
communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

commitment to food safety, hygiene and brand standards
Key
Responsibilities
* Manage
the pass during service, ensuring accuracy, consistency and flow
* Coordinate
effectively with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
* Monitor
dish quality, temperature presentation and timing before release
* Support
the kitchen organisation during busy services and service preparation
* Ensure
compliance with food safety, hygiene and company standards at all times
