Highways Engineer Are you an experienced Highways Engineer with strong expertise in Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) and Civil Parking schemes? The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of TROs, parking management initiatives, and associated highway engineering solutions. You will work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.
