Key responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Department in leading and developing the Geography curriculum
* Deliver consistently high-quality teaching across KS3–KS4 (and potentially KS5)

* Mentor and support colleagues, including early career teachers
* Help lead on fieldwork, trips and enrichment opportunities
* Play an active role in department planning, assessment and quality assurance
