* Lead the design and implementation of standardized reporting templates and workflows across European portfolio companies.
* Drive finance process transformation, ensuring alignment with global reporting frameworks.

* Establish robust data quality controls, governance frameworks, and audit-ready processes.

* Proven experience designing and implementing global reporting frameworks
* Strong experience in asset management or private equity environments with portfolio reporting exposure
* Expertise in finance workflow standardisations
