Key Responsibilities include:
* Plan, build and deliver end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including HTML setup, creative assets, links, dynamic content and audience segmentation.
* Develop and manage automated and triggered email journeys designed to drive revenue, increase engagement, encourage repeat purchase, and support customer retention.
* Continuously review and optimise email performance, customer journeys and internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Contribute to campaign ideation and support initiatives aligned with overall brand, marketing and commercial objectives.
* Support the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies beyond core email activity.
* Implement and analyse A/B testing within email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
* Produce regular performance reports, analysing campaign results against KPIs and identifying actionable insights.
* Build and manage customer segmentation to ensure targeted, relevant and effective campaign delivery.
* Support the Content team in writing copy for campaigns when needed
Key skills and experience I’m looking for:
* Experienced with building out automation flows within ESP for triggered email delivery
* Good understanding of email HTML principles
* Competent in understanding email design principles
* Experience desirable with mobile e-crm techniques like responsive template building
* Adobe creative suite and or Photoshop experience would be highly advantageous
* Highly analytical with excellent excel reporting skills
* Experience using Dotdigital is a bonus but not essential
