Your role:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
* Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
* Provide individual support to facilitate student learning
* Monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents.
* Adhere to the school's policies and procedures
Our requirements:
* Level 2 Teaching qualification
* Genuine passion and experience in handling SEN children
* Relevant teaching assistant experience in the UK schools
* Enhanced DBS with barred list checks
* Valid Driving License
* Two Professional references
* Understanding of safeguarding policies
Required Skills:
* Commitment towards student support and holistic development
* Ability to work on own and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Competent ICT skills
* Able to work within the parameters of the physical demands of the job role
