Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting an SEN Teacher (ASc & SEMH) for an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated Secondary School based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
A Specialist Provision for pupils aged 11-17 with SEMH, Autism & Associated Learning Difficulties, offering a rich and tailored learning experience for all students helping to reduce barriers to learning and building towards a successful adult life.
We are looking for teachers with either SEN or SEMH experience.
Preferably understanding and experience with young persons with childhood trauma, SEMH, ASc
Small provision with classes of up to 6 students.
Purpose built schools with specialist learning areas.
Contract Details for SEN Teacher (ASc & SEMH):
* Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
* Position: SEMH Teacher

* Minimum rate of pay: From £ per day
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
* Previous experience is required within the SEN Sector, although this is not essential providing you have the right attitude and desire.
* Previous experience working with challenging behaviour would be advantageous
* A passion for working with children with SEMH.
* You should have lots of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude towards working with SEN students.
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references
