Youll keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, ensure compliance with internal processes, and support the team across admin, HR, accounts, and supplier management. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations Provide administrative and scheduling support Maintain holiday calendars and personnel records Oversee office supplies and supplier relationships Support with payroll admin, expenses, and basic accounts tasks Assist with HR onboarding & compliance Liaise with IT support providers Keep the office tidy, organised, and compliant Were Looking For Someone Who: Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Communicates professionally and clearly Is confident and proficient in Microsoft Office Can prioritise and take ownership of their workload Enjoys supporting a team and keeping systems running Has experience in a structured environment (Ideal for ex-Forces, ex-Police, ex-Fire Service, security cleared, or regulated industry backgrounds)
