I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK house builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an experienced Assistant Site Manager for their large residential scheme in Berkshire.
As an Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing around 15 units, mixture of traditional build houses and flats, taking units from mainly 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing the sub-contractors on site, ensuring excellent health and safety standards are met and reporting into the Senior Site Manager. You will be liaising with NHBC and working towards CML.
This is a 4 month contact role and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert.
