We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Events Officer to join our team on a job share basis, working two days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays).
The post reports to the Deputy Head of the Schools and Colleges Liaison Service and will coordinate, manage, and maintain key administrative systems, projects, events and processes that support recruitment events and activities, including the line management of a team of Recruitment Event Coordinators.
You will be educated to degree level or possess equivalent education, training, or work experience. With proven management or supervisory experience, you will have experience of events management and administration, supported by strong organisational capabilities and excellent communications skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, demonstrated through an IT qualification or relevant experience. A flexible and adaptable approach to work is also required, including the ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
