Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and RICS-accredited Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Level 2 and Level 3 Building Surveys. Whilst our office team liaise with all third parties and organise the diaries, the surveyor will be expected to be available to meet the requirements of the survey volume which we provide. Liaise with our team regarding availability/organising the diary -> Attend surveys & carry out detailed home inspections -> Produce report write ups within 5 working days - > return reports to our office. Duties Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys, compliant with RICS standards and guidelines. Level 3 Building Surveys, compliant with RICS standards and guidelines. Work in collaboration with our office and management team, to organise weekly bookings, meet requirements and provide a high quality service to all of our clients. Post-survey discussions direct with clients where required. NOTE - This job role requires applicants to be available to conduct RICS Home Surveys on a 2-3 days a week basis. NO LESS! The role requires applicant surveyors to meaningful availability to work with us ( albeit not a full time role ).
