We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Autism Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive education setting in the Bournemouth area. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to work across both primary and secondary phases. You will be supporting children and young people aged 3 to 18 within an environment that values inclusion, structure and individual progress. The school is well resourced and places great importance on the wellbeing of both pupils and staff. The Role Working hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm. You will support pupils throughout the school day, helping them to engage with learning and develop confidence, communication and independence.
