Role: New Business Development

Your key activities:
· Deliver excellent customer service to inbound enquires generated by our marketing and PR activities
. To develop own channels for new business
· Maintain accurate records using CRM to ensure the business operates in line with our brand values
· Business acumen with the ability to make accurate forecasts of sales / revenues
· Be an integral member of the team and be accountable for ensuring a culture of continual operational improvement
· Proactively drive inbound calls via our social media channels
· Developing and Maintaining a balanced portfolio of active prospects and profitable customers ensuring value added approach is adopted at all times
· Ensuring sales activity including scheduled meetings, prospect/customer development and pipeline opportunities are regularly kept up to date on CRM system
· Developing strong relationships with supply chain to maximise new business opportunities and lead generation
· Working closely with our internal teams and external suppliers alongside our customer to ensure accurate and best advice when designing a solution to meet our customer’s requirement
