LOCATION
Stafford Town Centre
SHIFT PATTERN
* Saturday Nights.
* 21:30hrs – 04:30hrs.
ADDITIONAL SHIFTS
Additional Bank Holiday and event shifts may also be available.
DUTIES INCLUDE
* Managing taxi queues and passenger flow.
* Assisting vulnerable persons and lone females.
* Monitoring licensed Hackney Carriages.
* Preventing disorder and conflict.
* Working alongside CCTV, Police, Street Pastors and Stafford Borough Council.
* Monitoring for illegal plying for hire.
* Maintaining accurate incident and operational reports.
* Patrolling town centre areas when required.
REQUIREMENTS
* Valid SIA Licence.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Strong conflict management skills.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Experience in security, stewarding or public-facing roles preferred.
UNIFORM
* High visibility Taxi Marshal jacket provided.
