We are supporting a well-established and growing organisation in Birmingham City Centre as they look to appoint aSenior FP&A Analyst. This is a high-visibility role within the finance function, ideal for someone who thrives on driving insight, improving performance, and influencing strategic decision-making. Youll play a key part in shaping financial planning processes, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality analysis that supports commercial growth. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles across the organisation * Produce high-quality financial models, scenario analysis and performance dashboards * Partner with senior leadership teams to provide commercial insight and challenge assumptions * Analyse financial results, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities * Support strategic projects including pricing, investment appraisal, and profitability analysis * Improve and standardise FP&A processes, reporting packs, and planning tools * Work closely with operational teams to enhance business understanding and financial performance * Present financial insights to Finance, SLT and Board-level audiences
