The Job
The Brand Controller is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and driving the overall portfolio strategy and the team’s individual product segment portfolios.
1. Defining, developing, and executing the branded portfolio strategy to enhance brand equity, awareness, and market position.
2. Providing strong and collaborative leadership to ensure sustainable growth and profitability for the brand and portfolio.
3. Developing Portfolio Business Unit Strategy and Planning.
4. Leading Strategic Product Development, Innovation, and Renovation.
5. Creating and implementing the Annual Brand Plan.
6. Providing marketing leadership.
The Candidate
Skills and Experience:
* Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, proactively questioning and challenging to prioritize and identify timely solutions.
* A curious nature, always seeking to learn and improve processes.
* Extensive experience in branded communication (ATL and TTL media) and digital media.
* Proactive and confident, with strong verbal and presentation skills.
* Passionate about empowering consumers within health and nutrition, bringing curiosity and creativity to consumer engagement.
* Ability to create strong consumer plans linking propositions with engagement platforms and brand manifestos.
* Strong team management and leadership skills with a proven track record of driving marketing/brand teams, and delivering brand growth and innovation.
