Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and manage effective email flows for marketing campaigns to engage and convert target audiences.
* Drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth through strategic email, WhatsApp, and SMS communications.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
* Plan and execute segmented campaigns, tailoring content to different customer segments.
* Manage contact list growth and database quality.
* Utilize marketing automation tools for triggered campaigns and personalization.
* Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign metrics for optimization.
* Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry best practices.
* Maintain proficiency with email marketing platforms, especially Hubspot CRM.
* Create compelling content and visuals, collaborating with design teams.
* Implement AI tools to expedite content creation and targeting.
* Generate reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in email marketing with proven results.
* Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and marketing automation tools.
* Strong AI skills for content creation and audience targeting.
* Knowledge of A/B testing, analytics, and KPIs.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
