EYFS Teaching Assistant - Radcliffe (M26)
Location: Radcliffe, Bury, Greater Manchester Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
About the Role Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant Early Years setting within a primary school in Radcliffe (M26). This full-time, term-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and supporting their early development through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities Support pupils within the EYFS classroom during learning and play activities. Assist with phonics sessions, story time, and early learning activities. Encourage communication, confidence, and social development. Help maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organised learning environment. * Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support pupil progress.
Ideal Candidate Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or degree educated). Experience working with children in Early Years is desirable. Energetic, caring, and enthusiastic approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
