Skilled Careers are looking for experienced Executive Recruitment Consultants to join our established office in Southampton.
You will get the opportunity to work with list of key clients working across the Construction, Engineering and Property sectors supplying staff on a contract or permanent basis. You be able to specialise in a specific sector and not be a generalist recruiter.
Duties and Responsibilities
Resourcing and regenerating - via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting and social media.
Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
Identifying and developing client/business relationships
Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
Prepare & shortlist CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
Desired Skills
Previous recruitment experience preferably in the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors
A proven track record in recruitment
Account and client management experience
