KS2 Teacher – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time
Start Date: Immediate or January 2026
Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (MPS/UPS)

Your Role

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.

Use assessment data to inform next steps and personalise learning to meet individual needs.

Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and families to support pupil progress.

Support pupils in developing strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum areas.

Contribute to school life through events, enrichment activities, and collaborative projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications welcomed from both ECTs and experienced teachers.

Strong understanding of KS2 learning milestones and curriculum requirements.

Committed to inclusive, child-centred teaching.

Skilled in classroom management and establishing positive behaviour systems.

Reflective, collaborative, and eager to grow professionally.

Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Two recent, relevant references.

Right to work in the UK.
