Due to their largest instruction yet, they have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team at their new offices in Hertfordshire. This role is hybrid with 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Duties Dealing with all aspects of collections Laising with solicitors Agreeing and arranging payment plans working to targets and deadlines with various aged debts Liaising with clients and other departments Maintaining an upto date database Essential skills Good working knowledge and experience of Qube software Experience in Credit Control Experience in Property Management The successful candidate must have a natural ability to connect with people at all levels, come from a stable industry background and work alone and in a team.
