The HVAC Sales Account Manager / HVAC Technical Sales / HVAC Sales Representative professional will be responsible for driving new business, managing high-value accounts, and promoting cutting-edge Thermal Energy Storage solutions across temperature-controlled industries. The successful candidate will have a strong sales track record, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience navigating complex, technical B2B sales environments.
Package & Location:
- $70,000 - $110,000 Basic Salary with Commission and Bonus scheme

HVAC Sales Account Manager / HVAC Technical Sales / HVAC Sales Representative Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities aligned with company growth strategy
* Present compelling proposals showcasing the value of Thermal Energy Storage technology
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and channel partners
* Lead commercial negotiations and support large-scale project rollouts
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation
* Attend industry trade shows and promote adoption in target markets
HVAC Sales Account Manager / HVAC Technical Sales / HVAC Sales Representative Requirements:
* 5–10 years of Sales or Sales Engineering experience
* Proven success in complex B2B sales and closing large contracts
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Experience in energy, HVAC, or sustainability-related markets
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
* Spanish language skills a plus
