Part-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) – Primary School
Location: Colne
Contract Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours/days)
Start Date: Monday 1st September 2025
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Support with classroom organisation and resources
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere for children
We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children (in a school or childcare setting preferred)
- A patient, caring, and reliable nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or willingness to train)
