Bluegate are proud to partner with renowned British design and manufacturer of semiconductor components who are looking for an experienced Semiconductor Yield and Integration Manager for their site in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham
Purpose of the Role:
The Semiconductor Process Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers across development, qualification, and integration of new process technologies.
You’ll be at the forefront of driving yield enhancement initiatives across both new and production-qualified semiconductor manufacturing processes.
In this key leadership role, you will act as the interface between multiple operational disciplines to ensure robust, high-yielding, and sustainable manufacturing performance, while also ensuring compliance with environmental and health & safety regulations.
