As a Regional Customer Delivery Manager, you will have tactical and operational responsibility for a regional engineering team. This includes direct management of the Service Team Managers who manage engineering teams across the UK & Ireland. Your customer-first mindset, along with utilising data, insights and feedback, will be key in maximising customer outcomes and the region’s growth. Since you will primarily be field and home based in this role, experience of managing a regionally or national dispersed engineering workforce is essential. Previous use of Field Service Software Applications, such as Salesforce, will be advantageous.
