Are you a Field Service Engineer who has worked on plant machinery, looking for a role split between the workshop and on the road, in a regional patch working on state‑of‑the‑art machinery within a leading plant equipment provider, where continuous opportunities to progress your career and receive training on digital installs and GPS systems, making you an expert?
Key Responsibilities
* Divided between workshop and field across a Midlands patch with flexible work times based on a 42.5‑hour week.
* Diagnose and report faults, and service construction machinery.
* Work on a range of construction machinery with some days being workshop based, others door‑to‑door on the road.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Plant fitter or similar.
* Plant or agricultural background.
* UK driver's licence.
Location & Hours
Leamington Spa, West Midlands. 5‑hour weeks, Monday to Friday, 42.5‑hour workweeks.
Salary & Benefits
£35,000 – £40,000 (47k OTE) + ongoing training + generous overtime + personal use vehicle + progression within the company.
