Hays are recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join a growing start‑up financial services firm based in Wilmslow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business in an early growth phase, where change is frequent and innovation is encouraged.
Your new role
1. Using the Intelliflo system to manage and maintain accurate financial and client data
2. Supporting ie accuracy and financial control across the wider business
3. Ensuring adviser and client ie is correctly reconciled and reported
4. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers
5. Helping to maintain smooth revenue processes and accurate adviser remuneration
6. Contributing to strongernance and reporting standards
7. Supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into established finance processes
What you'll need to succeed
8. Essential – Hands-on experience using the Intelliflo system
9. Proven experience in a finance administration role within financial services, ideally in an IFA or wealth management environment
10. Strong Excel skills, with confidence analysing data and identifying discrepancies
11. High attention to detail and accuracy
12. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
13. An open‑minded and adaptable approach,fortable working in a fast‑paced start‑up environment where processes may evolve
14. Clear and confidentmunication skills to work effectively with advisers, operations, providers, and finance colleagues
