Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!# Responsibilities:* Checking of existing and new parts, upkeep of engineering information and document control within SAP and PDM system.* Creation of new parts into SAP as dictated by engineering.* Creation of ECN and performing BOM changes as dictated by engineering.* Collate and manage all documents within a technical enquiry.* Obtain necessary documents from appropriate departments e.g. drawings and company procedures.* ‘Flag up’ document issues.* Actively track and control engineering specific documents through “cradle to grave”. (customer material specifications, piping specifications, etc…)* Set up databases for documents and ensure they are properly organized and easily accessible.* Ensure documents are properly archived.* Maintaining existing engineering data.# Qualifications:* Technical Certificate/Diploma an advantage but not essential.* Experience with technical documentation and revision control.* Good written and communication skills.* Meticulous and organized.* Proficient in Microsoft office application, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.* Experience in manufacturing and Engineering environment will be an advantage.* Experience with SAP will be an advantage.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
