The business develops advanced radio frequency (RF) systems used in mission-critical applications across defence, security, and regulatory sectors. This is a hands-on, quality-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and wants to help build world-class, high-performance products. What You'll Do You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team assembling and testing low-volume, high-precision electromechanical systems. Typical responsibilities include: Building light electromechanical assemblies to specification Performing occasional cable manufacturing and soldering Running RF and electrical tests using automated software Maintaining clear and accurate records of build processes and workflows Keeping a clean, organised workspace in line with ISO 9001 standards Contributing to process improvements and upholding quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality craftsmanship Ability to follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and written documentation A proactive, can-do mindset Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDesirable Skills Soldering experience Familiarity with RF testing or spectrum monitoring equipment Full UK driving licenceWhy Join?
