Food Hall Manager
Location: Nottingham
Working Hours: Full-time, including alternate weekends

Join a successful, well-established garden centre group and take ownership of a high-performing Food Hall department. This is a commercially focused role for a food retail professional who enjoys leading teams, curating quality ranges, and delivering an engaging customer experience.
You'll be responsible for driving standards, sales, and team performance within a destination Food Hall that attracts a loyal, quality-focused customer base.
The Role
Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver excellent service.
Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation, and availability.
Manage stock control, ordering, rotation, and waste.
Work closely with suppliers, including sourcing local and regional producers.
Analyse sales and margin performance to optimise ranges and drive growth.
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to support a seamless customer journey.
About You
Proven experience in food retail or specialist retail management.
Commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
Confident leader with experience managing and developing teams.
Strong product knowledge across ambient, chilled, and seasonal food (desirable).
Detail-focused with a passion for quality food retailing.
