Senior Early Years Educator
Location: Lancing / Worthing Area
Salary: £28,142 - £28,948 pro rata (West Sussex Grade 6/7)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Permanent)

Randstad Education is seeking a high-quality, compassionate, and committed Senior Early Years Educator to join an Outstanding nursery school team. This school is dedicated to supporting staff development to ensure young children achieve great things.
The Role
We are looking for an educator with high expectations and plenty of energy who is excited by teaching and learning in the Early Years. The position involves working 8:30 am - 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday, including a weekly 45-minute team meeting.

What You Need to Succeed
* Qualifications: You must hold at least a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Essential Experience: Proven experience in an Early Years setting is required.
* SEN Passion: A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
* Safeguarding: A commitment to the welfare and safety of all children.
