JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the Trade Marketing Manager – Independent Channel UKI to execute the Independent Channel strategy and implement marketing activities across EssilorLuxottica brands.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
The successful candidate will have the following accountability. Examples of areas in which you will assist include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting the marketing team with production and co-ordination of internal and external communications.
· Print buying and co-ordinating point of sale material for promotions, including forecasting and allocating point of sale to drive in store visibility.
· Assisting with the administration required for setting up /running customer promotions including setting up marketing campaigns on CRM platforms.
· Assisting & coordinating independent customers with images for digital and in-store use.
· Assisting with customer trade events.
· Supporting with queries from customers and internal team members.
· Research projects as and when required.
· Support with Customer Loyalty Programmes.
· Helping to set up trade marketing packages for customers when required.
· You will support the team with the day-to-day running and allocation of Digital In-Store tools.
· Undertaking admin tasks for the marketing team as required.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
To apply for and be successful in this role, the candidate must:
· be educated to degree-level;
· be proficient in Microsoft packages;
· have demonstrable organisational skills;
· have good spoken and written English;
· have experience in marketing; and
· have a demonstrable interest in marketing.
