Your responsibilities will include: managing attendance records, updating children’s records, and processing new enquiries acting as the first point of contact for parents, handling emails and calls, and drafting newsletters maintaining accurate records in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted requirements occasional floor coverage to support childcare and maintain staff-to-child ratios. What you will need: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Previous experience in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of EYFS Proficient IT skills (e.g. MS Office) Exceptional organisation, clear communication, and a calm, caring demeanour. About us Sandcastle Playgroup is a term-time only playgroup, open 38 weeks of the year, from 8.30 until 3.30. We provide care from 2 years old until our children leave for primary school.
