What you'll do
Vodafone UK is looking for a Portfolio Planner who will be creating and maintaining project schedules and portfolio-level planning views, monitoring project timelines to identify potential delays, and managing schedule risks.
* You will align portfolio planning with key release milestones.
* You will aid development and maintenance of overall macro roadmap for technical delivery.
* You will assess and prioritise initiatives based on value, risk and resource availability.
* You will ensure optimal allocation of key resources across projects.
* You will communicate portfolio decisions and changes effectively to stakeholders.
Who you are
* You will have experience liaising with stakeholders and delivering successful projects.
* You will have an interest in modern development practice, tooling, technology and techniques.
* You will have a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle including multiple delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall) with the ability to mentor, motivate and shape high performing teams.
* You will have experience of capacity management practices.
* You will demonstrate a passion for project delivery and portfolio management.
