Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist/ Dental Nurse ( willing to become a GDC Registered Dental Nurse) to join our dental practice in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to our patients.Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and confirming- Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email- Maintain patient records and update information accurately- Process payments and insurance claims efficiently- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the dental practice. Skills:- Proven experience in office administration or receptionist role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail- Proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office suite- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Dental Receptionist/ Dental Nurse to contribute to our team and provide exceptional service to our patients.
