Legal Implementations Manager
Please note: This role is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Candidates must currently reside in, or be within commutable distance of, Northern Ireland to be considered.
Your Mission
As Legal Implementations Manager, you will be at the forefront of onboarding, integrating, and optimisation Eudia technology across our client offerings. You will be embedded within our Delivery team and partner closely with our Commercial team to ensure seamless deployment of our AI-Augmented services to ensure high-quality client outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role, blending legal expertise, and technology enablement to help us deliver outstanding legal solutions at scale.
Your success will be measured by your ability to understand client requirements, translate seamlessly into a robust workflow, playbook and technical solution, which will give clients confidence in our services.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding of Augmented-AI solutions for clients
* Work closely with the client to identify their contracting processes and playbook, and translating that into a codified playbook and end-to-end contracting workflow
* Ensure smooth, value-driven deployments on client projects.
* Implement the solution fully, refining the solution during the pilot phase to ensure it is fit for purpose and streamlined, and ramp the volumes and scope that Johnson Hana will be responsible for delivering
* Provide hands-on support with configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow integration.
* Ensure prompt resolution of deployment issues and proactive integration of learnings into future rollout
* Manage a seamless transition to BAU, through training of the core team and monitoring of the process during the initial phases of live
Refinement of onboarding processes
* Support project managers in refining processes by driving improvements in the delivery process
* Capture lessons learned and continuously refine deployment playbooks and collateral.
* Creation and refinement of best practices
Training & Upskilling
* Creation and refinement of training materials for the client delivery teams
* Train a core group of paralegals with the Eudia technology to ensure Johnson Hana has additional AI-Augmented implementation capability.
* Deliver structured training sessions to client delivery teams and other internal teams as required
* Ensure the Client Delivery teams are kept informed of feature updates and best practices
* Gather and act on feedback from training to improve content, delivery, and participant confidence.
* Ensure Eudia knowledge is embedded across teams, avoiding siloing of expertise
Training & Upskilling
* Deliver structured training sessions to Legal Solutions, Commercial, Delivery, and consultant teams and wider JH teams where applicable to enhance Eudia knowledge, pitching ability, and deployment confidence.
* Train a core group of paralegals with the Eudia technology to ensure JH has additional CaaS implementation capability.
* Build and maintain enablement materials, ensuring teams are

Key Requirements
* Professional with extensive experience in legal solutions, playbook-writing, delivery, and project oversight.
* Proven track record of implementing technology solutions within legal, compliance, or related sectors.
* Experience designing and delivering impactful training programmes.
* Ability to translate business needs into product feedback and influence technology development.
* Demonstrated success in driving adoption of new tools or processes across multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Collaborative, hands-on approach, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time.
