Retaw Plumbing and Heating Ltd is a mechanical and engineering business and we are expanding. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team.
You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. If you're a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
* Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
* Assist with basic invoicing, where required.
* Support Operational Management with administrative tasks
* Ensure a tidy and organized office environment
* Provide general support to team members and visitors
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Friendly and professional demeanour
