Overview
As a TIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
* Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminium components to a high standard
* Fabricate and assemble components from technical drawings and specifications
* Carry out welding work on both thin and thick gauge materials
* Inspect finished work to ensure it meets internal quality standards
* Assist in the fitting and assembly of welded parts when required
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety procedures
* Work closely with the fabrication and engineering teams to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in TIG welding
* Working from engineering drawings
* Knowledge of TIG welding and able to work to strict daily manufacturing targets
* Welding Aluminium and/or stainless
* Working on your own predominantly, upholding high standards of quality
* Working in line with our Quality standards
