Role Overview
We are creating a talent pool of Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide flexible cover across Oxfordshire schools. Roles include delivering lessons, supervising classes, and supporting learning continuity during staff absences, helping schools meet their staffing needs.

Requirements
* QTS or relevant classroom experience
* Confident in managing students and following lesson plans
* Professional, reliable, and adaptable
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
