Metering Delivery Manager at Rodgers Electrical Services Ltd.
RES is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimising our operational processes, ensuring that all planning and scheduling activities align with internal and external customer operational goals. A team player with a strong understanding of MS packages and job management systems. Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel, Word is essential with Simpro and Nexus highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Answering telephone and general office duties.
* Log and respond to customer job requests/enquiries.
* Contact tenants/customers to book engineers appointments by telephone and letter, assisting with the preparation and issue of the letter runs.
* Manage Engineers diaries/issue daily running sheets detailing jobs to attend.
* Update job management systems/excel spreadsheets with job status, completed, reschedule or abort.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
* Prepare reports on scheduling performance and present findings to management for continuous improvement.
* Proven experience in planning or scheduling with minimum 5+ years experience. It would be advantageous if you had previous experience of planning within a social housing environment.
* Strong communication skills with a professional manner working in a team environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with customers and the RES team.
