Key Responsibilities

* Lead the appraisal and coordination of service requests in line with the Children and Young People\'s Plan.
* Provide expert guidance to colleagues and partner agencies.
* Support families with complex needs through early help interventions.
* Maintain accurate case records and contribute to performance reporting.
* Make informed decisions on service referrals and transitions.
* Experience working with families facing neglect and complex challenges.
* Strong knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and family intervention.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage complex caseloads.
* Skilled in reflective practice, supervision, and multi-agency collaboration.
* Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
